The prophecy: a girl born in poverty who is destined to become a queen.
The problem: a king who doesn't want this girl marrying his son, 'the adorable' Prince Wilbert.

This show has it all:

A resourceful young heroine:
A relentlessly nasty king;
A band of inept, but strangely helpful criminal masterminds;
A mysterious used broom salesman;
A hypochondriac ferryman of the underworld;
A puppet who may one day grow up to be a slightly larger puppet.

In order to marry her prince, Persephone must travel to the Underworld to pluck the three golden hairs from the back of Hades. On the way she meets some unusual characters and helps to solve their equally unusual problems.

Weaving elements from Greek myth with a fairytale by the Brothers Grimm this hilarious show will surprise and entertain in equal measure.
With music this show runs at about 90 minutes and is suitable for children aged from 9 to 16.
